In order to save time & trouble for all involved, we recommend that you drive by units you're interested in and look at them from the street before calling our office to set up a time to see them on the inside.

   Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday, and 9am - noon Saturdays. If necessary, appointments to view properties can be set up for other times. Please call our office at (352) 378-1387 or stop in at 909 NW 6th Street, Gainesville.

   The rent amounts shown in the listings are for 12-month leases. All units require payment of the first month's rent and the security deposit prior to move-in; some units require payment of a last-month's rent deposit, and, if pets are allowed, an additional rental charge. Under no circumstances can we sign a lease for less than 6 months.
